Important Notice
In accordance with Sections 6 and 9 of the Association's Members Service Manual, the following companies have been blacklisted. All companies suspended by the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA) are also blacklisted by the Association on the same terms.

Successor in Interest
The action taken by the Association applies to any successor in interest — including any company that is substantially similar to a blacklisted company or which employs or is associated with any partner, responsible director, officer or managing employee of a blacklisted company.
Removal from the List
After the expiry of the blacklist duration, a company may apply to the Association in writing to be removed from the list. A non-member company that has been barred may also apply for membership after the expiry of the duration.
